The way I ship an item varies as it depends on the item. If you have any special requests (insurance and such) let me know before, or during payment and I'll do what I can.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please no returns, the exception being if I shipped you anything that was damaged during shipping, in that case it will be shipped back and I will pay. However if the item is damaged while in your posession, you may send it back on your wallet to have repairs, or exchange for another piece in my shop, remember I do use delivery confirmation, so I will know how long you've had it, so let me know RIGHT AWAY if there's damage during shipment.
