2. All Canadian Orders are Shipped with Canada Post and include Tracking with up to $100.00 insurance!

4. All International Orders are Shipped with USPS Frist Class Shipping and insureance is available for purshase via USPS in the shipping options upgardes!

Additional return information
1. I cannot offer refunds on any hats due to hygiene issues.
2. If there are any issues/defects with the scrub hats please contact me immediately.
3. Lost Shipping Packages. If you package has been deemed lost. (over 30days with no movement on the tracking number). Then a full refund will be issued. We cannot issue a refund or shop credit for packages that are marked as delivered. Please contact your local post office to resolve this issue.
