The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We carry everything in accordance with the terms specified in the product description and in our Shop Policy.
After sending your order, you will receive an email with the track number and the resources to track your order. We offer you the track number to control movement of your shipment. Unfortunately, for the large volume, we can’t track each order, but you can do it yourself.
As you understand, we can’t be responsible for the work of the postal service! As soon as we gave the parcel to postal workers, we can’t influence its further movement because it depends on the professionalism of the people working in the service delivery.
We check carefully the quality of our products and packaging before shipping. Please, if during the receipt of the parcel you see visible package damage, open the parcel and check the condition of the goods in the presence of postal workers.
If for some reason you are unhappy your order, you have the right to return order within 14 days of receiving the items. Please note that we can return only the product cost. Shipping cost is non-refundable as these costs are paid by the postal services for the delivery and it's not stipulated return to seller.
Returns are available within 24 hours after receiving the returned goods from customer, provided that the product is in original condition and packaging as it was sent to the buyer.
