At the moment, I am not accepting custom orders for my copper electroformed jewelry.
Electroformed rings cannot be resized once they are made. However, if your ring does not fit when you receive it, please let me know and I will work with you to get a ring that does fit.
I recommend taking your rings off to wash your hands, however, if you do not, at least make sure to dry the ring and your finger very well afterwards. Bathing, washing, exercising, etc while wearing any of my jewelry is highly discouraged. Soaps, perfumes, and sweat can affect the look of the copper. Crystals and minerals can be delicate, so take care while wearing your jewelry. Most things are one of a kind and cannot be recreated.
I ship all of my jewelry in a nice box and/ or organza bag, ready for gift giving.
For some people, copper can turn the skin green or bluish-green. It is a harmless reaction, which varies according to an individual’s body chemistry and Ph level, both in how long it takes for the green discoloration to form and in how pronounced the color becomes. Some people don't experience this. If one's skin does change color, it is readily washed off with soap and water. If not washed off, it is normally absorbed by the body overnight. If you would like to reduce the possibility of the copper turning your skin green, you can apply a layer of clear nail polish to the part of the copper that touches the skin. It does wear off over time, so would need to be reapplied.
*Copper is an essential mineral for the body. Since many foods do not contain copper, wearing copper jewelry is a nice way to get small amounts into the system over time. Apart from this, copper is said to help with pain relief, guard against premature aging, increase red blood cell formation among a host of other benefits. *I am not a doctor, and these statements are not approved by the FDA Energetically~ Said to help channel and ground higher vibrations; conduct and enhance stone energies Said to help balance all chakras
