Shipping & policies
Small, lighter orders (headbands, jewelry, etc.) will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Big, heavier weight, or multiple quantity orders (blankets, candles, clothing, etc.) will be delivered within 1-2 weeks.
Orders shipped during holidays, especially winter holidays, may take longer to receive. I will message all customers after purchase about the delivery time and status of their order.
I assure all my customers that their orders are in good condition upon being shipped. I am not responsible for anything broken, damaged, lost, or even stolen after an order has been shipped (For more information please read the refund and exchange policy).

A picture of your damaged order is required for approval of refund.

Although crochet my products are made with good quality yarn they are still handmade and it is best to treat them with care.
Please keep any small, removable parts of any my products out of the reach of children.
