Wherever we ship to in the world,all of our packages have a built-in tracking service.
For international customers, we are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be imposed.
Please ensure that you have given us your correct address as we can not be held responsible for either wrong information or change of address once the item purchased has been despatched.
You should be aware that as we despatch from France, it could take up to two weeks for your purchase to arrive - even longer if there are any problems with customs. But normally 7/10 days is a good estimate.
We always try to ensure our packaging is consistent with safe delivery. Should the worst happen and your item arrives damaged or even goes astray, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.
Items will only be shipped once full payment is received. If payment is not received within 5 days of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and re-list the item concerned.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
All our shipments are Tracked. So no problem of any thing going astray. If your purchase arrives broken, please take a photo before throwing it away and obviously we would refund you after seeing the photo. we take great care with our packing and this has never happened. We describe our items in great detail, but if you are really dissappointed, send it back at your cost and we will refund you the cost of the item.
