FAQs

Yes! If you would like your stone set in jewelry we have a large selection of quality mountings available. The turnaround time for your custom piece will be discussed and agreed upon by both the buyer and the seller prior to buyer making payment. Any changes in the timeline will be communicated in a timely manner. Payment in full is required before work on your custom jewelry piece will commence. When you receive your piece, if you are not satisfied we are happy to make an exchange for any In Stock item(s) in our shop. With the exception of us not being able to complete the order in the agreed upon time schedule, there are no refunds on custom orders.

Returns of loose stones are gladly accepted under the following conditions: You must notify us of your intent to return within 5 days of delivery, and postmark the item within 7 days of delivery. We can not make exceptions to these time frames so please plan accordingly. All gemstones are inspected with a loupe prior to shipping. Returned stones must be unset, the original carat weight and condition, in the original packaging, and sent insured for the purchase price. Stones that are returned chipped, scratched, fractured, or altered in any way will not be accepted. If returning, we will refund the purchase price minus our shipping cost. If exchanging, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

When you receive your piece, if you are not satisfied in any way we are happy to exchange it for any In Stock item(s) in our shop if the following conditions are met: You must notify us of your intent to make an exchange within 7 days of delivery, and postmark the item within 14 days of delivery. Loose gemstones are packaged in a gem cup inside of a box, and shipped in either a bubble mailer or Priority Mail box. Custom jewelry is shipped in a nice gift box, ready for the giving.
