Strand of 15 beads in clear glass with a white core and green glass with a white core. Clear beads have bumps and flowers, green beads had dots.

I ship within the United States only. Florida residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax.

Because most of the items I sell are fragile, all packages will contain protective padding. Packages will be shipped via USPS, and you will have the choice of first class mail or priority mail. In the event your package weighs more than 16 ounces, priority mail is the only option.

I combine shipping for purchases made on the same calendar date. I ship within 2 days of purchase, excluding holidays and Sundays.

I accept payment directly through Etsy. If you choose to use Paypal, I will send you an invoice.

Returns & exchanges

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you must contact me within 5 days of receipt. Customer pays return postage, and item must be received in good condition. As soon as I verify that the the items are intact, I will issue a refund for the price of merchandise only. I cannot refund postage, nor pay for return postage and still be able to keep my prices low.

I do not offer free replacement of items lost by the USPS. All of my packages have tracking, and if your package shows that it was accepted by and left my local post office, I have done all that I can do. I will replace the item(s) at a discounted price plus actual shipping.
Additional policies

I am more than happy to work with you for bulk orders, or for special orders. Please understand that this will automatically add to the shipping time as it can take up to 15 working days for the merchandise to get to me. I do offer discounts on bulk orders, and the percentage is dependent on the amount you order. The bigger the order, the more you will save.

Special orders are discussed to be certain that you and I are in total agreement before I make your special listing. Once we are in agreement, payment must be made and I will get the ball rolling to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

I do custom sized neck cords, I will cut chain into the length that you need, and I will gladly assemble a special piece of jewelry for you.
