Most items ship free, but please see each individual item for shipping charges that apply
The current processing time is about 7 - 14 days for production, and then orders are shipping via USPS Priority Mail (typically arrives in 2 - 3 business days), which includes tracking and insurance.
If you need your order faster than our normal turnaround time, you may purchase our Rush Service for only an extra fee of $10.00.
PayPal and Etsy gift cards are preferred, but we also accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Orders can only be cancelled on the same day as order is placed.
Returns & exchanges
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES I package all orders with extra care, but occasionally, things get damaged or lost in transit. If your item is delivered damaged, please take a picture of the broken item and send it to me before I can issue a refund. If you would like to exchange an item, you can send it back to me, and I will send you a new item. Shipping to and from the buyer for exchanges will be at buyer's expense.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or broken, please send pictures of the broken items to me for review and respond back to you within 24 business hours. I am always happy to replace items or issue a refund for any qualifying orders. My goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction!
LOST/INVALID ADDRESS DELIVERY ISSUE Note: Once orders leave our shop, I am not responsible for lost packages due to an invalid address or because of a post office error. I will ship all orders to the address provided on the order when placed and payment processed unless special instructions regarding shipping have been listed. Help me to get your order shipped promptly by making sure you verify the shipping address on your order is correct. It is the responsibility of the buyer to work with the USPS on any lost orders. However, as a courtesy to my valued customers, if assistance is needed with contacting the shipper about a lost order, or I will be happy to help if possible.
Important Notice: If the USPS loses a shipment, and the buyer can request a replacement order at their own expense. I am not responsible for paying the shipping on the returned package due to invalid address or post office error. I appreciate you understanding. Thank you so much!
