I ship exclusively with United States Postal Service. If you need your item quickly, please contact me and I'll arrange a faster method. This most always means a higher cost to you.
I also combine shipping on multiple purchases. Items purchased at the same time are shipped together if appropriate. You are charged the estimated cost that USPS gives me on their website, with a possible charge for any special packing materials I may have to purchase to get your items to you safely. Example: padded envelope.
Delivery confirmation is already included in your quoted shipping cost. If you wish to purchase insurance contact me BEFORE checking out please. As you have heard a million times from other sellers, I'm not responsible for the shipping carrier's negligence, damage, or loss. Fortunately, I've never had a problem to date with USPS.
LOCAL pickup is available with prior arrangement.
Payment is expected immediately upon purchase. If payment is not received within 5 days of purchase, then the sale will be cancelled.
If paying by money order, your order will be shipped within 3 business days after the money order has cleared.
Orders will generally be shipped within 3 business days after the sale is completed.
Returns & exchanges
I do not refund or exchange normally. Only if I have sent you the wrong item or overlooked a major flaw.
Contact me if your package arrives and looks like it's been run over by a large truck, or doesn't arrive in a timely manner. With delivery confirmation we can track it, or with insurance we can file a claim.
Remember if your package or the contents are damaged, keep all the packing materials, box, and of course the damaged item. Insurance requires proof, not just your word for it.

Items made using vintage materials are not always perfect because they have lived various lives before this. I do my best to examine, describe, and photograph any flaws. I'm not out to deceive anyone. Hope that answers it all.
