I do an excellent job of packing your item, just like you, I want it to arrive in the same condition it left here in. Only the shipping service makes money on shipping, except the US Post Office. I do charge a $2.00 packing and handling fee, which will make your shipping costs look ridiculously expensive if you are purchasing more than one item, in most cases (some products can't be safely combined and shipped) you will only be charged $2.00 once when you purchase multiple items, I will refund the difference back to you.

Returns & exchanges
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, insurance and other add ons, both for the original purchase and the return shipping. The shipping service (USPS), UPS, etc., is responsible for any damage or losses, and only if it is insured, which is your option, unless the item specifically tells you it is insured. I have actually never had this happen to my knowledge, if it does, I will assist you if I can. The quality of the packing plays a role in whether the insurance will be paid. Which is why I pack it really well, take a lot of time with my photos and condition descriptions, so that we are both happy! You will need to contact me within 7 days of receiving the product, to discuss it with me, if I authorize it, you will need to repack it with the same materials, in the same box and pay the return shipping costs (including insurance and any other add ons) to me. Once I receive and inspect it, it is in the same condition it left here in, I will refund you for the product only using the same method of payment that you gave me. There are some exceptions, there will be no refunds on precious or semi-precious jewelry or a sealed in it's original package item, product that you have opened. There are no cancellations or refunds once I have shipped your order. I sincerely hope that this is clearer than mud, if not, please contact me with any questions. Know that your satisfaction, peace of mind are of the utmost importance to me.
