Forget Me Not Infant and Child Memorial Keepsakes was created in memory of our sweet infant son Lorenzo Gabriel, whose memory we treasure. It is an opportunity for us to express ourselves creatively, to share the beauty we have in our lives, and to share a message of comfort and hope to others who are experiencing this painful loss in their own lives. Pictures and quotes are able to communicate what is both difficult and painful to say that which is felt deeply within our hearts. Our goal is to provide treasured jewelry pieces that bring comfort to all family members and can be worn on their own or layered with other favored pieces everyday, along with treasured keepsakes to be cherished for years to come!
✦ All Orders ship out within 3-4 business days first class with a tracking number after you place your order. You will receive an email with the tracking number at that time to let you know your order will soon be on its way. Shipping within the United States is via First Class Mail with an average delivery time of 3-5 business days. International orders are also shipped First Class International through USPS. Delivery time varies from country to country with average of 12-35 days, depending on your countries delivery schedule. We offer priority shipping within the United States with an average delivery time of 2-3 business days. Customs and import taxes International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Customs form will list the actual sale price. Shipment will be via USPS First Class International mail service. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for packages where Customs Fees, VAT Fees, and/or Import Taxes were not paid by the buyer, resulting in the package being returned to our shop.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will be given if item is lost or damaged in the mail. Items that need to be returned at the request of the seller need to be shipped to our studio within 10 days of original receipt with a tracking number. If item is damaged, we can resend your order as long as it is in stock. If it is not in stock, a refund will be issued. Otherwise all purchases are final sale. We value our customers, if you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us directly via Etsy messenger. We personally reply to all of our messages and e-mails.
