All the listing are with REGISTERED MAIL with TRACKING as shipping. This means the postal service takes responsibility for all the mails I am sending out.
If you wish your purchased items to be shipped as REGULAR mail what is untracked (and cheaper), please let us know before you make the payment in PM. If you already paid but decided to wish the shipment to be the cheaper (untracked mail) way, we can refund you the difference of shipping cost.

I ship via Magyar Posta Zrt. Postal service takes guarantee for registered/tracked mails only, and they guaranteed a part of the whole value to pay back if a tracked pack had lost.

Later there might be an option for choosing other way than postal mail (like FedEx, or something else).

Once your purchase leaves our hands and enters the Hungarian postal system, I am no longer financially or otherwise responsible for it. I do NOT have control over the post office, and do not have access to any more information than you do with the customs number once it leaves Hungary.

Shipping time within European Union can take 1 to 2 weeks, and to anywhere else can take 2 to 4 weeks. Usual shipping time to the US is about 2-3 weeks.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I package items carefully, my items are not fragile.

RESPONSIBILITY:
I ship by Magyar Posta Zrt because this is the cheapest way I can use at this moment. The postal services takes responsibility for registered/tracked mails only, but this doesn't mean they would refund the whole value if the pack may be lost.
Refund is that value what postal system gives me back when a pack surely lost.
Full value refund available only if the tracked pack has value insurance too.
This is not a big cost but would worth to ship overseas.
I count it happily if you ask in PM.

Refund of a lost package is that amount what the postal service will refund to me!

You can request for regular mail shipping as well but please note: if might your package will be lost, I'm not able to do anything. There's no refund (no money returns) if regular mails may loose!

RETURNS:
If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 clendary days within which to return it for a complete refund. Items must be in the original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please notify me before returning anything. I will not accept or refund products returned to me without notice. Refund amount will be only the price of item(s), not included shipping cost. Before you sent back anything, please contact me first!

I do not offer refunds in case of loss or damage through the postal system.

My products come from a non-smoking and pet free studio/home.

For the yarns and roving tops I use professional wool dyes only. I wash every single dyed yarns after the dyeing+fixing procedure. I do take care of my items.
Yarn care is written on every yarn labels what you receive with your ordered yarns.

For the embroidery materials I use textile paints, fix the colours as much as it is possible, but for the embroidery items like threads, linens, ric-rac and lace trims, ribbons, I do not recommend washing.
