We accept returns for merchandise cost within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us for Return Authorization. RA# must be visible on the package being returned. Returns without RA#s will be refused. Returns must be received by us within 45 days of purchase.

If there was an error on our part in processing the order or if the merchandise is found to be defective, a full refund will be issued. In all other cases, a restocking fee of up to $10 or 15% (whichever is greater) will be charged.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Products removed from their original packaging (or in the case of fabric, washed, or cut) may be considered unsalable or subject to additional charges. Special Order merchandise is not returnable. Shipping charges are not reimbursed or refunded unless an error was found in the original shipment.

We do cut only in full yard increments. You can choose the quantity that you would like from the pull down quantity menu. We will cut multiple yards as one continuous piece.
