INSTALLATION: Fits drawer and cabinet faces from 5/8" (15.8mm) to 1.25" (31.75mm) thick, with multiple included back screw lengths. Each order comes with 1 handle, mounting hardware, and installation instructions. Installs with a standard screwdriver. We'll gladly accept your return of clean and undamaged merchandise within 90 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Returns of merchandise received after 90 days of shipment will be exchanged or refunded on a discretionary basis for merchandise credit for the purchased value of the product, and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following items: custom, monogrammed, or laser-engraved products, unless there is a serious manufacturing defect.

If there is a quality issue or serious manufacturing defect on our part, then we can provide you with a postage-paid return label (US addresses only). Note that the normal variations in leather inherent to the qualities of the leather are not considered manufacturing or quality defects, but rather are a signal of the genuine, natural, and high-quality material we use.

Otherwise, return shipment cost is the responsibility of the customer. For clean and undamaged merchandise, the refund will be for the product value and not the original cost of shipping. In some instances, the refund may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

To send in a return, simply return the merchandise with a note explaining your request for return or exchange and your order receipt to:

If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, we'll credit your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or style, we'll credit your return shipping charges and ship the new items to you with no additional shipping charge (US addresses only).

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know why, and we'll work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

So far, an exceptionally small number of items have come back to us, and we work hard to keep it that way!
