3. We ship by US Postal Service first class mail and Priority Mail. Overnight services are also available by request.

Yes! 99% of the time, we can match or almost match any example you send us. These do qualify as custom designs however, which require an additional $7 art fee.

Yes. The vast majority of our designs can be fully customized. The only exceptions to this are designs with painted graphics (watercolors, flowers, etc.)

Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 days, including delivery (in the USA.) We recommend that you order AT LEAST a week in advance to your event. If your event is less than THREE DAYS from the point of ordering, you will need to request Overnight Mail.

We use USPS for 99% of our shipments. In some cases we may use UPS or FedEx when the need arises.
Please note that because of our shipping module, we cannot include "Notes to Carrier" on our packages.

MAJOR NOTE: In some rural areas, Overnight shipping may take 2 days. This is a USPS issue which we have no control over. Please check with us before you order to see if your area is 1 or 2 days for Overnight shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic Etsy notification with your tracking information. Make sure you check your email!

*ISSUES WITH AN ORDER MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY*
Later notices will be subject to reprint and shipping fees.

7-DAY HOLD PERIOD
Once you receive your proof, you have seven days to review and request a revision. If no response is received in this time, we reserve the right to ship your order as originally specified, especially if time limits are a concern.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are subject to the laws and customs of the destination country. We have no control over how their process works, therefore we cannot be held liable for delays in shipping due to these regulations. We suggest ordering at least 2-3 months in advance to the date the items are needed.

RUSH ORDERS: We can usually accommodate rush orders, and we do offer Overnight shipping options. Proofs will be sent as usual with rush orders, usually within 10-30 minutes of receiving the order during office hours (10am - 5pm EST.) However, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to follow up and approve your proof within the time needed to get your package shipped out on time. We cannot be held responsible for needed revisions in rush-order proofs that were not approved on time. If you have purchased a RUSH ORDER, we will ship within the time limit NO MATTER WHAT.

**PLEASE NOTE: Once we send your package to the post office, it's out of our hands. **WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISPLACED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO POST OFFICE NEGLIGENCE.** Contact your local USPS if you are unsure of damage control.

For most damaged or misplaced packages, we do offer replacement printing for a reduced cost, depending on the situation.

BOX AND BAG ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We order these items per-quantity as orders come in.

FOR INVITATIONS:
-If you request an order cancellation BEFORE your proofs are sent, your deposit will be refunded.
-If you request an order cancellation AFTER your proofs are send, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
-Cancellations WILL NOT be accepted once your proofs are approved and your payment is finalized, as we move quickly into production.

BOOKLETS, STATIONERY, & PROGRAMS:
-If you request an order cancellation BEFORE your proofs are sent, your order will be fully refunded.
-If you request an order cancellation AFTER your proofs are send, there is a 25% cancellation fee to cover the work we've done.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds and reprints are available for damaged, incomplete, or flawed orders ONLY. We do not offer refunds for customers who decide on a different color/font after they have already approved their proofs. If you have made a mistake, reprints are usually available at a discounted price.
GREY AREA CLAUSE: Since we are a company of humans and not robots, we acknowledge that we occasionally make mistakes on proofs. However, it is your responsibility to THOROUGHLY check over your proof so you can catch a mistake if it is made. If you approve a proof with a mistake made by us, we will re-print your order for half of the original cost.
Custom design FEES, Invitation Deposits, and Invitation Samples are non-refundable.

* Lip balm orders cannot be returned due to health regulations.

* Boxes and other packaging products including coffee cups, coffee sleeves, cupcake boxes, and candy bags cannot be returned due to health regulations.

--NO READING, NO REFUNDING POLICY--

We do not offer refunds on orders complaining of something that is clearly stated in our descriptions (dimensions, color, etc.) It is your responsibility as a customer to stay informed about the product you are purchasing. Please READ DESCRIPTIONS FULLY before placing an order so you know what to expect.

Additional policies

Please note that if you require more than THREE revisions on your labels, we will charge a $5.00 revision fee. We work very hard to get orders and proofs out on time. The first three proofs, including the initial one, are free, but after the third we will ask for compensation for our additional labor.

We do custom designs! Please message us for information about placing a custom order. Designs require an additional fee for the time and labor, but you'll be able to work closely with our designer to make sure your order is perfect!

Many of our listings have FAQ sheets in the additional images. If you can't find an answer there or in the listing description, please don't hesitate to message us!
