Mail-by Dates — Domestic Services

Dec. 15 – USPS Retail Ground
Ground service for less-than-urgent deliveries and oversized packages.
Dec. 19 – First-Class Mail
Service for standard-sized, single-piece envelopes and small packages weighing up to 13 ounces with delivery in 3 business days or less.
Dec. 20 – Priority Mail
Domestic service in 1, 2 or 3 business days based on where the package is mailed and where it’s being sent, variety of flat-rate options.
Dec. 22 – Priority Mail Express
Fastest domestic service, guaranteed overnight scheduled delivery to most locations. Some restrictions and exceptions apply. Please note, Priority Mail Express postage refund eligibility is adjusted for shipments mailed between Dec. 22 and Dec. 25.

First Class--DEC 7nd
PRIORITY--DEC 9th

MILITARY:
First Class and Priority-- DEC 9th

With stolen packages on the increase, please be sure you have a secure place for your order to be delivered. Once confimation of delivery is recorded, my business cannot be responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

NEW PRICE INCREASES in the US Postal Rates effective January 27th 2016, have forced me to raise my shipping prices. International shipping has increased significantly.

I ship all packages 13 oz and under, First Class. Packages over 13 Oz or bulky packages will go Priority Mail USPS. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please contact me at the time of sale and I will be happy to provide a quote.

All packages are shipped uninsured, if you would like to add insurance, just convo me at the time of sale.

International packages up to 4 lbs go First Class and are subject to customs inspection, please allow ample time for them to arrive. Anything over 4 lbs will go international priority, this is quite expensive depending where you live. If you would like a quote, please send me note prior to checking out.

Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties,
taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial US
postage. These fees could be applied to your package at the discretion
of your local customs officers/post office.

I ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I mark all custom forms with either "Fused Glass or Stained Glass" and will not mark a package as "Gift" as this is considered a federal offense. Thanks for understanding.

I ship Internationally and every day. Please check back often as I am adding new items every day for the upcoming holiday season.

I cushion everything in my packaging, and all glass jewelry is in a box layered with cotton batting.

Please note: If the actual shipping charges are less than what I have quoted, you will receive a refund.

I expect payment within 3 days of purchase. You may pay using Paypal, Credit Card or personal check. I am sorry but I cannot accept international checks due to high exchange rate fees.

Purchases paid by personal check will not ship until the check has cleared the bank.

If you need more time, just convo me at the time of sale to make arrangements for payment at a later date.

8% Sales tax will be added to any Illinois orders.This is not my choice but the State of Illinois where I do business, sorry.
