All of our items are made to order and can take 3-4 weeks to ship especially during the holidays so make sure you order with plenty of time for delivery!
If you have a deadline for your order, please let us know and we will work with you to get it on time.
We love to combine shipping! If you are ordering more than one item and shipping is off, please let us know and we will refund you after the actual shipping charges are determined.
All of our packages are insured. If your package is lost in shipping, please let us know so we can file a claim through the post office and get a new one sent out to you as soon as possible. Filing a claim for list items takes about 30 days. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. We will need pictures so we can file a claim through the post office.
We can not be held responsible for orders that are marked as delivered but not received. If your package ever becomes lost due to USPS, we will gladly work with you to make sure you get your item.
I wish we could control the speed of the post office but we can't. Please be patient during our processing time and USPS shipping time.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

All of our signs are handmade; therefore each sign will be unique depending on the characteristics of the wood, distressing and hand application. While all of our signs are made using the same method, every piece of wood has its own unique markings, knots and cracks. We love the natural beauty wood has and therefore do not cut out any knots as we feel that allows the character of the wood to shine through. And because we use reclaimed wood, there may be holes or nails, which just adds to that perfect rustic look. No two signs are exactly the same- that is the beauty of buying handmade!
