U.S. BUYERS: SHIPPING OVERCHARGE INFO AND GENERAL SHIPPING INFO: Shipping charges are based on your choices, however, because of how Etsy sets up automatic shipping options, some orders might have overcharged you for shipping costs. We ALWAYS refund excess shipping charges over $1 unless an excessive amount of packaging needs to be used (usually for larger items), then we will refund amounts over $2. Shipping for domestic orders is usually through USPS. Items are usually shipped between 1-2 business days after purchase. Combined items and larger or heavier items are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, whichever is less expensive. Like I said, we will refund extra shipping charges. Every effort is made to ship your item the next business day. If a purchase is made on Friday it will be sent Monday. APO/FDO/DPO ADDRESSES: Some items may require an adjusted postage rate because of delivery method change, package size, weight, and/or service limitations. Please expect later package delivery. Some deliveries take 2-3 weeks. Also, Priority Mail is used for these addresses which can result in a higher rate.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Extra items will be shipped for free as long as they don’t surpass the weight limit for the price you paid! Example: sending a 12 ounce package costs the same as sending a 2 lb package to Australia. I will process a shipping refund should you purchase additional items within the weight boundaries. This will vary per country so please contact me with questions. TARIFF ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Customers are responsible for any duty, VAT, customs, and tariffs your country may charge. We cannot add these prices to shipping costs. Please research the import laws of the country where you want the package to be sent. You may cancel within 24 hours if you find your nation’s fees to be too high. We will ship after the 24 hour window. After an item is shipped, we cannot process a refund.

Returns & exchanges
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me! U.S. BUYERS: We cannot process returns on jewelry which contains precious and semiprecious stones or precious metals. All other items are eligible for return with a 10% restocking fee. Please contact me within 14 days of purchase to initiate a return. Returned items must be undamaged. Buyer must pay return shipping fees and have the shipment insured.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are not accepting refunds for most International purchases at this time.
