PLEASE NOTE! ALL VINYL IS PRINTED TO ORDER AND HAS TO DRY FOR 24 HOUR
TattleToos Vinyl & HTV prints with Eco-Solvent Inks on a commercial printer, on high-quality vinyl. All of our vinyl cuts great with Cricut, Silhouette, and any plotter.
OUTDOOR VINYL: Available in gloss or matte and has a 3+ year outdoor life before any signs of fading will be present. NOT FOR USE ON PAINTED SURFACES!!
HEAT TRANSFER VINYL: We offer 3 types of HTV, Siser, Roland Heat Soft and Glitter. Recommended for use with a Heat Press. We will include one sheet of Mask (HTV transfer tape) with each order. It is reusable several times so do not throw away. HTV can be applied to Cotton, Polyester, or Cotton/Poly Blends.
We do not recommend layering with the Glitter HTV.
CUT SETTINGS: We are unable to advise you on the correct settings for your particular machine, as each machine varies according to the brand, blade type, blade wear, and other factors. We highly recommend doing a test cut prior to cutting your design as this is the best way to determine your settings.
1) Do not mirror the HTV like most of us are use to doing. This HTV does not have the mask attached like most other brands. I do supply a sheet of mask (HTV transfer tape) with each HTV order and it can be re-used. If you would like an extra sheet, we sell them for $2.00 a sheet.
2) When you load the HTV in your cutter you will load it with the print side up to cut.
3) Once your design is cut you will weed it, then apply the mask and squeegee it on to your design, making sure that it sticks to the print before lifting it away.
4) All heat presses are different but generally you will press this HTV at about 285 to 300 for 10-12 seconds. Press the fabric to heat it before applying the design for best results and then press your design onto the fabric. After 10-12 seconds, check to see if the HTV has adhered to the fabric. If not, repeat press for another 7-9 seconds. NOTE: ALWAYS USE A THIN PIECE OF FABRIC ( I use scrap fabric pieces ) or a teflon sheet to protect the design and your heat press. When washing, turn garment inside out and air dry to extend the longevity of your vinyl design. NOTE: Actual printed vinyl is not watermarked.
