All shop items are despatched by UK Royal Mail 1st class post. Larger items such as Made to Measure Roman Blinds and Curtains will be sent via 24hr tracked courier service.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If for any reason your are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return this to us for a refund ( postage charges are non- refundable). Please do so within 7 days of receiving your item. Goods must be un used and in original packaging.
Return postage charges are to covered by the customer.
