Often I am asked how long a custom name will take. Honestly, it depends on the characters you chose for the name as well as the length of the name. It also can vary due to the amount of orders I may have. I do my best to get the order to you within 5-7 days. These custom art pieces do take time to complete (each one is done by hand in many layers - think of it as digital painting) but I promise I am working as fast as I can to get your order to you.
Instant downloads cannot be customized. When you purchase an instant download you are purchasing the design you chose as it is on the listing. The only difference will be the watermark will be removed and you will receive two 8.5 X 11 versions on the image (forwards and backwards). If you would like a design customized please contact me or purchase one of the customizable designs.
No. At this time we are only selling digital designs. Once your design is completed you will be sent the image file via email and/or through Etsy. You can then take that file and use it on a printing website to create as many items as you like or even print it at home. No physical items will be shipped.
If you are printing on iron on paper please be sure you have the correct type of paper for your printer and you have selected iron on paper for the color fabric you are using (light/dark). Also, please make sure your printer is set to the highest quality and your paper is set to "scale image to fit". You may also have to adjust the paper to be either horizontal or vertical depending on the design you have chosen.
No, at this time that is not available. We make each custom name art to order and do not sell a package of letters.
The image files for purchase are sold as jpg files. These are completed image files. Our designs are not available as clip art and should not be recreated into modified images by the purchaser.
Absolutely! However,digital designs are for personal use only. This means that you can print the file as many times as you need but you cannot print the file to sell, sell items with the file on it or resell the digital file. We work hard on our designs and do create them digitally by hand and ask that you please respect this policy as you would with any other piece of artwork.
