Shipping costs are based on standard USPS First Class and Priority shipping. Items are shipped in the time frame specified in each listing. You will receive confirmation when your item ships. If you are in need of a rush order or faster shipping, just convo us for an alternative shipping method and cost.
Larger items might be shipped out of a post office location and a tracking number may not be automatically provided with your shipping notification. Tracking numbers will be available upon request.
East to Nest is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once it leaves our facilities.

Returns & exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or unacceptable, please contact our shop within 3 days after you receive it for replacement or refund options. While East to Nest does not offer refunds and exchanges on custom items, we do offer a product guarantee. If your item is damaged or does not hold up to normal wear, we will work with you to make it right. If an issue arises just convo us and we'll work quickly to resolve it
CUSTOM ORDERS *Customized items will be started once your order is placed. Once the customization has been agreed upon by you and East to Nest, a reserved listing with all custom details will be posted. Processing of your item will begin upon completion of your order. *Processing times for custom items may differ from original listing and will be specified in your reserved listing.
