Be that as it may, I pack your purchase with great paranoia and tenderness. I bubble wrap everything. I send all packages first class or priority mail and pay the extra for tracking and insurance as well as high quality boxes and wrap
As a result, THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE A FEW DOLLARS HIGHER THAN THE POSTAGE COST, but rest assured I am doing my best to see that my work survives the journey to your home in one piece.

Returns & exchanges
I do not issue refunds, I do issue shop credits and exchanges.
If something does not meet your expectation, I do ask that you contact me via etsy conversations and explain the problem. We can work together to find a solution. If the piece should need to be sent back, I do require that you ship it back to me packaged safely and insured for the amount of its worth. I do not refund the return shipping fees per Etsy policies.
If something should happen to break in transit/shipping, despite the above tender care on this end, I will be happy to remake the piece. I do ask that you send photos immediately (same day of shipping confirmation and tracking history) so I can turn them into the post office for insurance purposes. I cannot replace or refund pieces that are not reported immediately.
I take great pride in my work and am very honored by your purchases - I stand by my work and want each client to have a wonderful memory associated with their purchase.
In regards to custom orders: Please remember that my work is handmade and, while I might use the same patterns, glazes and techniques, each piece is one of a kind. The capriciousness of ceramics is also at play-- the brown glaze might develop blue highlights in the kiln, for example, or the green turn out slightly darker than expected. I try to be faithful in my descriptions and photographs in truly representing the piece.
Therefore, unless something is broken in transit or because of me, I cannot make exchanges or take returns on custom orders.
Along with that, a tip from me as a buyer on etsy: Note carefully the described size of the piece you are ordering. That way you won’t be shocked if something is larger or smaller than you expected.
