All stock items are typically sent out within 1-2 business day upon receipt of payment.
Customize items require at least 1-2 weeks to process (see details for each design).
All items are carefully packaged and are shipped via First class by USPS. Priority Mail is available upon request. Please allow extra processing time for international shipment.
Digital prints under 15” wide are shipped in flat cardboard envelope, Larger prints will be shipped in mailing tube and all shipped via Priority Mail by USPS.
We accept payment via both Paypal and credit card. Payment must be received in order for the design process to begin.
If you want to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hrs after purchasing. We will not able to stop any order, especially custom order, once design process has started.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds are not available at this time for any product. We will cancel an order if confirmation of payment is not received within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery) , send us a message and we will do our best to make things right.
If products needed to be return or refund for any reason, buyer must pay for shipping on all returns and provide proof of shipping. Once the item is received, it will be inspected before refund can be issued. Refund will not be issued if Items show any sign of worn or used, or past the 14 day period (post delivery).
A note for digital prints: Please aware of the fact that due to the differences between manufacturers and monitor settings. Images appears on final prints will be slightly different than that displays on your computer screen.
