My customers satisfaction is my #1 priority. Please contact me immediately if there are any issues with your order. Items for sale in my shop are very descriptive with many photos that showcase the item clearly. Because most of my items are made to order, I do not have an open return policy. If you are not happy with your choice I may grant an exchange for another item of same value or a refund. Returns are determined on a case by case basis. You must receive a return authorization by me in order to return a necklace. If we have agreed to a return please mail the item with tracking within 10 days in perfect condition and original packaging. You must include tracking. I will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Custom made items are not refundable.
