Items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you wish for your purchase to be shipped as a gift to an address that is different from your billing address, please let me know in the notes to seller section of checkout. I provide that service at no extra charge to the United States.
I use quality packing materials, and try to reuse when possible. If you only want new materials, please let me know in the notes to seller section of checkout.

Returns & exchanges
I take a lot of time to ensure that the baskets and quilts I make are excellent quality, and I stand by my production and materials. That being said, if an item is defective, contact me as soon as you notice the defect. I will repair or replace your purchase.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping if they wish to have a refund. Please contact me for return authorization before returning an item for refund. Refunds are only given within 30 days of purchase on items returned in like-new condition. Please provide your reason for requesting a refund and photos to verify.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they understand the measurements of all items before purchasing.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds except in the case of a defective product.
