Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me so that we can resolve any issues with the sale. I will refund your money on any order you are not satisfied with but it will be up to you to return the order to me. Once I receive it, I will refund your account, less the shipping.

Refunds on mosaic pieces will be given for the amount of purchase providing items are returned in the condition that they were sent.
Shipping and Handling for returns are the responsibility of the person sending the items back. Returns need to be made within 10 days of receiving. Email me first so that I am aware of the returning item.

Please keep in mind that any furniture that I use is "used" and will have imperfections and dents that I've chosen to leave alone as part of the character of the piece. That "character" is part of the purchase.
Additional policies

All my pieces are handmade with love but please keep in mind that they are not made in a factory so there will be imperfections. Also, please remember that grout can change - crack, etc. I will inspect each piece before shipping to be sure that it's condition is of the highest quality. I cannot be responsible for any changes that occur during shipping.
