All domestic shipments will be shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided to you. Please be sure your address is correct, we will not reship for free if item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping info being provided to us.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You must contact us before returning any items. A return authorization number will be given to you.
We guarantee all items to be free from defects. Please contact us if you receive a defective product that needs replaced.
Books are not a refundable item, book sales are final!
We will accept unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping expenses are not refundable. All returned products must be sellable, unopened, and in original packaging. Opened merchandise returned will not be refunded or returned to the customer!
