Gift Wrap

Please only purchase this item in addition to a product. If you purchase this alone, your order will be cancelled. If you purchase two items, and one gift wrap, the items will be wrapped together. If you want them wrapping separately, please add two gift wraps to your basket.

Choose above which wrap you want, all wrap comes with ribbon and a gift tag.

When you checkout, leave the note you'd like adding to the gift tag in the 'customer notes' section. This gift tag will be hand written.

All our items are sent Second Class, You can upgrade for £1 to first class. Next day delivery is available if you order before 2pm - this is only available to the UK.

Please note, if you order next day delivery after 2pm on a Friday, all day Saturday and all day Sunday, your order won't be sent until Monday, and will be delivered on Tuesday.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we can only accept returns in the unlikely event that your item reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition.

If this does happen, please email Contact Us and we’ll send you a form and the address to return your item to. Of course, we’ll also pay the return postage.

If you return an item to us without first getting a form, it may delay your refund.

Please let us know within 30 days if you haven't received your item, so we can investigate for you. We won't be able to accept any claims outside of this 30 day period.
