Shipments under 13 ounces are made via USPS First Class Shipping for both USA domestic and international shipments. Please note that no tracking information is available for international packages, nor do we provide refunds or exchanges for products lost in the mail. Please contact me if you would like to change the shipment method or add insurance to your order, however, and I would be happy to provide you with a quote.

We do not currently offer refunds or exchanges for our products.

We will always do our utmost best to package our products carefully to ensure that they arrive safely, but unfortunately accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged due to the packaging, please contact me with a photo of the damaged item(s) in order to receive a refund or a reship.

Q: Do you do custom charms?
A: At the moment, no. Sorry!

Q: Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
A: I have a very limited number of items for some of my products, but please contact me with details and quantities on what you're looking for and I might be able to help you out and give you a discount for a large order!

Q: I see someone else selling your art under a different name?
A: The only places my art and products should be available online are on Etsy, my DeviantArt page, and my Storenvy page. If you see anyone else distributing my artwork, please contact me immediately.
