--ORDER SPECIFICATIONS:

This frame does not include a photo. You can request up to three lines of text. Please note that due to the nature of these frames, the lower left-hand area cannot be engraved. Please add the text you want in the notes of the order and where you want the text to be located.

Please note that you are ordering a display that will have a photo or design of your choosing permanently printed onto the display. The surface area that the image would be printed on is white. any logos or images that are not large enough to cover the printing area will show a white background.

--OUR CUSTOMIZATION SUBMISSION PROCESS:

There are two ways you can request customization via Etsy conversations:

-Send a high-quality image (300 dpi). Please note that the circular shape of the display can affect your design. We can also give you our email to accept AI and PSD, which are cannot be uploaded in Etsy conversations. **For this option, select "submit art/design" before adding to cart!**

-Describe what you wish to have on your frame: images? logos? decorative designs? **Doing a full customization, eg creating new artwork and designs will result in an artwork/design fee that will be priced on a case by case basis. Please select "full customization" before adding to cart!**

***--We will send you a proof for custom orders once you have purchased the order. Proofs will not be provided beforehand!***

The order will not be considered ready for processing and shipping until the proof has been approved by the customer.

If there is an error in printing that was not in the original instructions or information given to us, we will reprint the item at no cost.

We cannot guarantee a high quality print if the original material provided is of low quality. If there are other issues with your order or print, please contact us.
