As with about 80% of Etsy sellers, I am running my business from home, as a result sometimes i'm not able to get to the post office the same day that you order your item, (and there is time zones to consider).
As a result items usually ship with in 1 -3 business days (not counting Saturday and Sunday) sometimes a little longer but rarely.
Items ordered on late Wednesday to Friday it will ship on a Monday as it is difficult to get to the post office. if it is urgent, please contact me before or when you place your order so that I can make extra time to ship it.
Sometime I get charged for mailing a letter instead of package (which is cheaper), if this happens you will be refunded the difference.

***CANADIAN Customers *** we have experienced a larger than usual amount of packages go missing to Canadian customers, I now have a registered post option, this option is more expensive but your order is less likely to get lost.
Registered post offers signature on delivery but not necessarily tracking overseas.
Registered post option is now available to all customers.
The "everywhere else" shipping price covers the most expensive shipping region (UK and Europe), some areas may be cheaper, if your country is not on the list, please inquire.
Expedited shipping is available only if asked for before purchasing the item, this enables me to add the extra cost.
Drop shipping is now available, we can ship gift items straight to the recipient instead of to you, this can save on shipping if you have to post the item once it gets to you. We can even gift wrap, see additional information section on gift wrapping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
