Items will be posted out to you within 3-5 working days of purchase via one of the following - 1st class Royal Mail - large letter (standard shipping) 2nd class Royal Mail - large letter 1st class Royal Mail - small parcel (tracked) 2nd class Royal Mail - small parcel (tracked) Royal Mail international standard Royal Mail international tracked (This is dependant on the chosen option)
I do try and post daily though so your order may well be shipped the same day!
Please note, I cannot offer tracking information on your parcel unless you select a shipping upgrade upon checkout.

Items will only be considered lost after 2 weeks (10 working days) for the UK orders and 4 weeks (20 working days) for international orders, after which a refund or replacement item will be discussed.
