I will post all items 1 -2 business days of the order being taken, All items are sent 2nd class as standard, if you wish to upgrade to first class then please get in touch for cost unless quoted.
All orders are sent Recorded Delivery to ensure safe tranist in the postal system.
All international orders will be signed for and can take up to 28 days or longer especially over festive periods.
I will pay for the return postage for all damaged items, but all items returned unwanted are paid for by yourself.
All custom charges for importing are paid by the buyer. I will not under any circumstances mark any orders gifts on custom forms.
Please note that international orders can only be considered lost after 6 weeks from dispatch date, as sometime customs can hold up deliveries.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal and Esty Gift Vouchers.
All orders to be paid for in full when ordering.
If payment by PayPal it will be sent to the verified address held by PayPal. Please ensure your details are correct.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Change of mind
If you change your mind you have 14 days to return the item back to myself for a full refund of your original purchase price. Any return postage will be at your own expense and will not refunded. Refunds will take up to 14 days on receipt of the item or proof of postage showing my details.
Please email me prior to sending back.
You now have 30 days to send back for a full refund. Return postage will only be refunded on return and examination of the faulty item. I do not offer any pre-paid labels.
In the first instance please email me with photographs of the damage, to see if it can be sorted.
