Effective March 1, 2017 all orders will ship within 2-3 BUSINESS days. I do not ship on the weekends. If I have any questions about your order I will message you via Etsy Convo. Production will NOT start until all question are answered. Rush orders are accepted, but the Rush my order listing must be purchased.

If I make a mistake on your order I will gladly replace it and cover all shipping expenses and add a rush order so that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. To get a replacement because of a shop error: contact me within 14 days after receiving the order include a picture of the item in the message I will do my best to get the corrected order shipped to you within 2 business days.

Once I turn your order over to the post office, I am no longer responsible for what happens to it. All orders are shipped with tracking information. When your order ships I will send you the tracking info. The post office has processes in place to help you recover your losses. I will do what I can to help you navigate those processes.

It is important to measure the area you plan to place your decal if possible. I encourage customers to ask lots of questions before purchasing a decal. I will do my best to help you get the size you need. Unfortunately I still can't offer refunds for decals that are the wrong size, unless it was a shop error.
