We are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or mis-delivered packages. However, we understand that things like that do happen and we want to make sure everyone is happy, so please contact us if this occurs so we can help find a solution!
Please note that we ship products out in 1-3 business days from the time that the payment clears; standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you are needing you items sooner than this please select the expedited shipping option at check out, expedited shipping take 1-3 business days. If you order a customized item, 1-2 additional business days are needed to design the product and print your item (our business days are Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5PM PST). There is no printing or shipping done on the weekend, this means that if you order Friday evening, your order will not start being processed until Monday morning.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All sales are final. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Shop Hours: M-F 8-5 PST. We do our best to respond to every message within 24 hours, and we are typically much quicker than that. We will answer messages on weekends, although the response time may take longer than during the week.
For custom orders, 3 proofs with be provided. For each additional proof after that there is a $2 fee.
