The Paper Shoppe currently ships within Canada and USA via Canada Post Regular Mail. For buyers outside of the above locations, shipping is available for some items and will also ship via Canada Post. STANDARD ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE TO THE USA. Shipping costs do not include tracking unless specified in the listing or an agreement has been made before the sale.

International Buyers and shipping: I am happy to ship worldwide for many items but please be aware that it would take up to 4 WEEKS to receive your item. Please keep this in mind before leaving feedback, your patience is appreciated. Please contact me should you have any questions about this.

All items are carefully and nicely packaged for shipping. I will always ship to the address stated in the etsy checkout, unless stated in the "message to seller" at the time of check out.

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving payment, unless it is stated in the listing. All custom orders will have turnaround time in the listing.

Should any customs fees apply, the buyer is responsible for payment.

Payments

The Paper Shoppe currently accepts payment through PayPal and credit card through Direct Checkout.

Custom orders are not started until payment has cleared. If a custom listing has not been purchased and payment has not been received within 10 days of the custom listing, it will be removed.

Cancellations on items will try to be accommodated as long as the item has not shipped with the exception of custom orders. Due to the nature and work required for custom orders, there are no cancellations offered on custom orders at this time.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
The Paper Shoppe handles returns on a case by case basis, however all CUSTOM orders are non-refundable.

As a general policy, returns are accepted within 30 days of original shipped date. Shipping fees are not included in return and return postage fees are at the expense of the buyer. Items must be unused, and in original packaging (if applicable).
