Most items will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. I do not ship on the weekends. Items will ship regular USPS and will come with delivery confirmation. An e-mail confirmation will be sent via ETSY once your package has shipped.

If you prefer an alternate mail carrier, please e-mail or convo me.

**International orders: items will be shipped via AIRMAIL only, ADDITIONAL charges WILL apply. Unfortunately AIRMAIL does not come with delivery confirmation so I have no way of tracking your package. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be given for missing international orders.**

**As of January 01, 2018 we are no longer shipping to Italy...no exceptions. We've had too many issues with packages traveling through Italian customs. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note, if you're planning on shipping your purchase to Italy, your order will be cancelled and refunded.**

Payments

I only accept PayPal and ETSY Payments. Our PayPal account is linked to our sister store "SCARLETTE DOVE" so your invoice will either have the "SCARLETTE DOVE" or "Studio Art Head" name.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: If completed payment (meaning the extra shipping cost) is not received within 5 days of purchase and there has been no attempt of communication on the buyer's behalf the transaction will be cancelled and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you would like to return an item please e-mail me immediately. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days and must be in the original condition as it arrived to you.

Meaning, if you purchased a strand of beads they can only be returned if they are still in the strand, un-cut, or taken apart. Same conditions apply to socks and soaps, they must be returned unworn and unused in the same condition you received them. Refunds will not be given on "special request" items.

Items must be returned safely packed, postage paid, WITH delivery confirmation. Refund will be given minus shipping charges when item(s) have been received.

If your item arrives damaged please contact me immediately. I will make every attempt to replace your item or credit you (including shipping).
Additional policies

Special request for artwork require 1/2 non-refundable payment down before artwork is complete and the rest paid in full upon completion.
