Orders will be shipped 2-3 business days from PayPal confirmation.
I will ship standard USPS, with insurance.
If you need delivery confirmation, or expedited shipping, please state so prior to purchase, as there may be additional charges and I prefer we all know up front.
If you do not choose delivery confirmation, and the item is lost, you will be refunded after the claim is settled by USPS.
If your item is damaged during shipping, I will repair or replace at no extra charge or shipping cost to you.
If your item tracking claims that a product is delivered to an address that you provided, and you have not received it, that is a case for you to take up with your local post office, as I have no control over that.

Also, please be mindful of holidays and Sundays, as well as international customs. Some countries take longer to process mail.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I want you to LOVE your purchase! If you feel you need it shortened or lengthened, or want posts or clip, vs. earwires, please let me know up front and I am more than happy and willing to work with you.
But if you do not love your new jewelry, I will gladly refund any NON-LEATHER purchases within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees.
