Item details

3 large pcs of beach pottery collected from the shores of Lake Erie

Four beautiful pieces of beach glass pottery shards are presented here for your crafting imagination. These pieces were found by me along the southern shores of beautiful Lake Erie.

They measure 1-3/4" to 2-1/2" at the widest point (dime is for size comparison).

Pottery is just as much a part of the beach glass seaglass experience to any beach glass enthusiast as the beach glass itself. Just as in beach glass, pottery too has a very diverse history in our American culture. Many pieces of pottery can be identified by the pattern and manufacturer.

Lake Erie has a diverse history laying within it's waters, some being the pottery and china shards that wash ashore. I love walking the beach looking for such treasures.
