⭐️ With REGULAR SHIPPING there is NO tracking or insurance as to keep the postage cost low. I am not liable for orders missing in transit at any time, once your order has left my hands. ⭐️
Customers are responsible for all taxes, tariffs and all other costs associated with the delivery and receipt of their order in their country. If you are unsure of what tariff or tax may be in your country, please contact your local postal service.
Please note that on occasion, shipping may experience delays due to inclement weather and/or holidays.
On the rare occasion that any of your order items are unavailable, we will contact you quickly and within the order process time.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items .
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the mail carriers in a foreign country. International customers as there are sometimes delays after the package is handed off to customs, please allow up to 4-5 weeks for delivery We cannot be responsible for any late arrival of packages as with international shipping custom could delay them, therefore the customer is taking responsibility for the item once purchase is made.

We are at no time liable for any customs charges or duties/taxes that maybe incurred for the customer to receive their order.

Returns & exchanges
Please contact us within 2-3 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning merchandise. Failure to include the Return Authorization Number on any returns will result in refusal to accept the return.
We will accept returns only if we have sent the wrong item or if the item arrives damaged and pay the return shipping cost. All items must be returned prior to your event date and in the original condition/packaging they were received in. We cannot accept ANY returns on items that have been worn or used!
FOR ALL REFUNDS ISSUED FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN STARTED THERE IS A CHARGE OF 7% OF THE TOTAL INVOICE TO COVER CHARGES AND EXPENSES .
ANY CUSTOM ORDERS ON WHICH PRODUCTION HAS BEEN STARTED OR HAVE BEEN SHIPPED , THESE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
Refunds can only be issued after we have received the return in its original condition. Additionally, the return must be received by us before your event date and no later than 20 days after delivery. Please allow more than enough time to receive your order before your event date, in case of lost or damaged packages.
If returning a shipment from an international address, please note that Un Semplice Si does not cover the cost of brokerage, duty, or other associated cross border fees. This is the responsibility of the shipper and it is recommended that you contact your Border Services Agency for information prior to shipping back items. If these fees are not prepaid the receiving warehouse will refuse the shipment and items may be deemed abandoned by the shipping company you have used and there will be no refund issued to the customer.
Due to the custom nature of some of our products, we do not give refunds on custom items unless we have made an error. Custom items i.e. cake toppers, hangers, bouquet handles , jewelry, bridal belts, invitations. These items are all sales final.

Please note for all custom made orders, by placing your order you acknowledge, agree and accept that these products fall under a no refund and a no cancellation policy. All sales are final.
Approval of Proofs for all printed and customized products
A proof of invitation suite layout will be sent via e-mail for a dated signature of approval. Please help to avoid mistakes and re-dos. Carefully proof read the content of your layout(s) for accuracy. You are responsible for approval of proofs, proof reading and errors. Un Semplice Si is not responsible for typos after proofs are signed off and approved. All re-dos are the responsibility and cost of the client. Un Semplice Si is not responsible for undelivered or damaged invitations.
