    I ordered this item on November 30th in the hopes of giving it to my boyfriend’s mom for Christmas. Well, when I got it two weeks later it was broken. I contacted the shop who said they’d send a replacement. I was a little unhappy I probably wouldn’t get it in time for Christmas but hey, at least they’re replacing it. I waited until Jan 2nd to ask when they were sending it and they said they were going to send it the next day. A whole month rolls by, no package. I message to ask where it is, no response. It seemed like they just kind of forgot about me. I sent another message a couple days later and they finally replied saying they just sent it. That was February 2nd. It took over two months to get this item. Very unhappy with the lack of customer care. Now I have to deliver a Christmas gift in February. 😒

    Great product! The recipient loved it! Perfect for her vs a ceramic one because it’s light and won’t break while she travels with it!
