Return arrangements must be made prior to shipping random items back to seller. Seller does reject random packages, so please make arrangements prior to shipping products back.
Returns will be processed for items received broken or items received in a different condition as item listing stated. ONLY! Returns will not be processed due to buyers change of shopping heart or mind.
ALL returns processed will have a 15% restocking fee and processed at the buyers responsibility to pay ALL shipping fees.
We can not be held responsible for the handling, storing, use or washing of items causing defaulted items.
