I ship second class everywhere in the world, unfortunately this means that the orders can not be tracked once they have been shipped. If however there are any problems with your item not arriving or taking a super long time, I will do my best to amend to the situation. Quite often I will ship the following the day to your purchase, however, please allow up to 3 days for me to ship your item out to you, just incase I'm busy.
I only accept Paypal as a method of payment at this time. It is super lovely if you can pay straight away...but if for some reason you are unable to I allow 3 days from the date of purchase for payment to be received, if by this time I have still not received your payment I will relist the item (I will always contact you before doing this, just incase there has been some kind of a mix up).
Returns & exchanges
If you feel that your item is faulty or has been mis-described to you in anyway, please contact me either via email (email@example.com) or via etsy conversation. I will refund any item that does not make it to your door for whatever reason and I will also refund faulty items and shipping if you return them to me.
I am always happy to do custom orders, I will usually have the time to produce custom items within a week, but just convo me with your requirements and I'll let you know how long and how much it will be. I can recreate almost every item listed and sold in my shop and can, more than likely, do so for you in whatever colours and quantities you would like.
