All items will be carefully packed and shipped in bubble-wrapped envelope. Some items may come to you in a box. Shipping and handling charges are inclusive of wrapping, packaging and postage charges.
♥ Registered Parcels ♥
All item(s) will be shipped from Malaysia via registered parcel(s) to your ETSY SHIPPING ADDRESS, unless we are notified otherwise.
We usually ship every SATURDAY, MONDAY & THURSDAY, unless it is a public holiday. Tracking number will be provided via Etsy notification.
Delivery may take approximately 15 to 30 business days, depending on your location and custom clearance. It may take longer period to be delivered during peak and holiday seasons.
Signature is required for delivery. If no one is at home, you will receive a card to collect your parcel from local post office. If you failed to collect during the stated time frame, parcel will be returned as "unclaimed". You will need to pay for shipping for any re-delivery of items.
Please note that we have no control over any delay caused due to custom clearance or the speed of delivery by your local postal service provider. Tracking is not on real time, it depends on how fast your local postal service update on the system.
If parcel does not reach you within 45 days, please convo or email us, we will assist you in checking the status of the delivery if you send us an email request or a convo.

If you intend to buy a few items, please send us a convo for a reserved listing. We will be able to combine your order and charge you shipping based on accumulated weight and this would also help you save on shipping charges. :)
♥ Express Delivery via DHL ♥
We can assist to check the delivery charges if you provide your address and contact number. Usually this would take 3 to 5 days depending on custom clearance and destination. We are not responsible for any tax or duties on items in your respective country.
We accept all major credit cards via secure online Pay Pal payments in US Dollar.
