Hello, Thank you for visiting and supporting my shop. Before purchasing, please read shipping and refund policies carefully. I do work full time on weekdays and spend time with my family on the weekends. So If you have any questions during the weekends (Saturday, & Sunday), I will reply first thing Monday morning. I usually reply to convos/messages within 24 hrs.

Please note that if you choose priority shipping or priority express shipping that it does not mean it will be processed and shipped right away. If you need your order rushed via priority mail or priority mail express I have a rush order fee of $10 which puts your order first and will be processed within 24hrs.

Most orders is shipped first class mail (3-5 days) to the local post office, unless you choose a different shipping method. First class shipping within the US usually takes 3-5 days, but is not guaranteed, depending with the postal service. A tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped, please track your package from there. Also keep in mind, during the holiday season shipping might take a little longer. I ship orders every Mondays and Thursdays. Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days then items are ready to ship. You will receive your package depending on which shipping method you choose when checking out. If you have a large order, usually 4 items or more please allow 5-7 days to process.

Please double check your address before purchasing. I will use ONLY the address from Etsy. I am not responsible for any reshipping costs if delivered to the wrong address. I am not responsible for late packages if the order is shipped within the processing time frame. Once I ship the item and verified on the tracking history that it has been received by the postal service, I am not responsible for any lost or late packages and no refunds will be given. I have no control over the post office.

If your tracking history states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and make an inquiry. I will not refund or resend items that have been marked "delivered" by the USPS.
