These rollers are sold individually rather than in sets of two or three as the pictures might suggest.
Not to be confused with a krumkake roller, a Waffle Cone Roller is wider at the business end (almost 2" -- for more ice cream!) and smaller at the point end (for fewer drips) with an overall cone length of 5 1/2 inches. The recipes accompanying a waffle cone iron will produce a somewhat more stiff batter/dough which results in a cone less prone to collapsing than those made with traditional krumkake batter. Do a web search for barbarabakes who has recipe w/ 2 additional egg whites for a stronger cone.
These waffle cone rollers are turned from choice hard maple and finished with food-safe butcher block oil.
