FAQs

Preserved flowers are very fragile and must be handled with care, it is important to consider the following - DO NOT water. They do not need water and water will damage them. - Should be kept in places with levels of humidity between 30-80%. - High humidity may cause color leakage, staining or other similar damage. - Avoid direct contact with clothes or fabrics as the color may run. - Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity. Both may cause the color to fade or run. - Preserved solution may be dissolved if you keep it attached to an oil paint and resin for a long time.

They are natural flowers that have been chemically processed to maintain their fresh look and softness for several years. Preserved flowers are non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-carcinogenic, non-flammable, non-explosive and not chemically-reactive and therefore they do not represent any risk for the human health nor for the environment. Our flowers are not cultivated for edible purposes. If your child has ingested a significant amount please seek medical attention.

Custom orders are welcome and appreciated and encouraged. Contact me to discuss your wedding flowers or custom floral arrangements. We will pick out flowers together and I will provide a detailed proposal and quote for your order. Once payment is received I will then order flowers needed and begin working. The processing time varies upon product. Some custom orders are requested 3 months from wedding date to order preserved products sometimes coming from Japan, please contact me in advance to ensure I can secure the exact flowers for your wedding date.
After the work is complete, I will send multiple photographs and dimensions for your final approval. Once the work is approved, it will be shipped. This process is to ensure you are satisfied and that any adjustments will be made prior to delivery. Some shedding is to be expected but will not affect the overall bouquet or arrangement appearance, if any noticeable damage is done during shipping I will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. I ship USPS with insurance and have special boxes that protect the bouquet from touching the sides or from being banged around during shipping. I will send you a confirmation that your package has shipped and a tracking number.

F.A.Q.
How long will flowers last?

With proper care they will last you years of enjoyment.

What is the best way to care for dried, preserved flowers?

Displaying them out of direct sunlight and in a humid free environment is best. This will protect against dust and moths as well. Moths love dried flowers so placing a moth ball or two in a vase with them or inside a display case will ensure against them.

What are preserved flowers?

The preserved flowers are real flowers when they are fresh they are harvested at the ideal point in terms of natural beauty. The freshly harvested plant enters a proprietary process to absorb a specific mixture of 100% plant-based and bio-degradable preservation formula. The preservation liquid replaces the sap and water within the plant, effectively forming a still-image of nature, creating a unique and 100% natural product. The preserved flowers and plants remain beautiful and unchanged without watering, light and virtually maintenance-free. They are soft to the touch and virtually identical to fresh.
