Files will be downloadable once payment has processed through Etsy. Most files are in .ZIP folders.
If your computer does not automatically open a .ZIP folder then you can download free software online (such as 7zip) to open them. You can also contact me and I can send the files to your email individually.
Due to the nature of digital files, I do not accept returns once the file has been downloaded. If the listing was purchased by mistake and the file has NOT been downloaded then I will happily cancel the order. Please be aware that once cancellations are made files are no longer available for download.
Please look below in the FAQ for more specific categories. You can use all items for personal or small business commercial use. You can not resell the image itself or in slightly altered packs such as icons with just the clipart, added to other clipart packs, or digital paper packs. You can't use items for large scale factory operations. You CAN use the items for physical, digital, or instant download items as long as the individual clipart does not make up most of the design. Small commercial use means you can use the items as long as production does not exceed 1,000 units. If you need to use the clipart for anything beyond the scope of my policies, please feel free to contact me.
MOBILE APPS You MUST make sure that my artwork is not extractable. For quantities exceeding 1000 downloads, you need an MASS PRODUCTION license. Please contact me via Etsy Conversations or via email at TheInnovativePirate (at) gmail (dot) com.
You can use my artwork personally or commercially to create digital printable files such as invitations, banners, water bottle labels, etc. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design MUST be added to make it a unique design. SIMPLE COLLAGE SHEETS are not ALLOWED. Files must be sold as flattened JPEG or PDF files. Please DO NOT sell our artwork layered or on white backgrounds as printables.
DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS You can use any of my designs in your personal projects, however, you CANNOT sell any of my designs in a commercial Scrapbook kit of any kind EVEN IF IT IS ALTERED. EMBROIDERY DIGITIZERS You can use my products personally or commercially as long as the file is a digital embroidery file. You MAY NOT include my original files in any commercial packages.
PRINTED PRODUCT DESIGNERS You can use my clipart sets for personal or commercial use. You can print pretty much anything you can think of but it must not exceed 1000 Units sold! For more than 1000 copies sold, you MUST contact me for a MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE. You can also create PRINTED ONLY products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy or in your own store.
